BOOKING

• 5 to 7 nights minimum stay.

• 50% Deposit to secure your reservation.

• 50% Balance due 30 days in advance.

• $500 security deposit .

• We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal and bank transfers. Call us to provide CC details over the phone.

 

CANCELLATION

• 100% refund if cancelled at least 60 days in advance.

• 50% refund if cancelled 30 days in advance.

• No refunds for cancellation within 30 days of arrival​.

• No refunds if checking-out earlier than reserved.

• Our Hurricane policy is flexible. We’ll offer you a 100% refund, a credit or a reschedule of your dates in case an officially named Hurricane makes its way to Turks and Caicos Islands and we are placed under a 72 hr hurricane warning and the airport closes down. Contact us to discuss your plans so we can work together through the situation. This would not apply for a tropical storm.

 

STAY

• Check-in is at 4 PM. 

• Check-out is at 11 AM.

• No Smoking inside.

• No Pets.

• No glass by the pool please.

• Respect other guests and keep music volume down.

• No outside visitors or overnight guest without prior host consent.

 

FEES

• 12% taxes not included.

• $185 cleaning fee not included.

• $500 Security deposit not included.

• Housekeeping available upon request.
